Real Estate comes up, people usually have a different story for each home and or land transaction that they have made.  I, on the other hand have only one story and that is my Real Estate purchases and sales have been wonderful.  I tell everyone that Joe Jones takes care of everything and that is why I do business with him.  If there are any problems, he explains my options and offers advice but does not push it.  From what I can gather, there are some good realtors in our area and some not so good, but Joe, you are a great one!!  Thanks again for everything, we are enjoying the home immensly.
